TOP QUESTIONS & ANSWERS
Caretaker was inundated with questions. A multitude were similar or of the same nature. Here are my responses.

Is this REAL / this is impossible?
This awe inspiring medieval artwork is absolutely real. Please see click Visual Details for some close-up images of the Stained Glass Portrait.

How is the age of the artwork determined?
The most comprehensive method for determining the age of Stained Glass is through XRF by which the chemical composition is revealed. That “fingerprint” can be compared with those from objects of known age. Dr. Bruce Kaiser performed a detailed analysis of Queen Catherine Howard in Stained Glass and concluded the specific time period as first part of the 16ᵗʰ century.

Why are there so few portraits of Queen Catherine Howard?
In medieval times, when a Royal fell out of grace, the Monarch ordered all images and representations of the disgraced person to be destroyed. However, members of the disgraced person's family would retrieve and hide the various artworks, hence keeping those from destruction.

Why / how is this hidden for so long?
As per previous question, various artworks stayed hidden and mostly fell into obscurity for centuries. Katrain is part of the private collection from a Rembrandt van Rijn's family descendant. The van Rijn family is vast and old. Works of Art have been kept rather private throughout their history, but this artwork is of too great historical significance to stay hidden.
